About Ms. TEX Sreytal

Ms. TEX Sreytal is currently a senior legal counsel at the Core Law Office. Her educational background includes a Master’s Degree of Public International Law from Transnational Law and Business University in the Republic of Korea and two Bachelor’s Degrees of Law from Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia.

With more than 07 years of experiences in the law firms and as an in-house consultant, she has earnt her legal expertise in the area of family, succession, real estate, construction, property development and telecommunication while she dealt with various profiles of clients ranging from local to international on various legal matters.

Ms. TEX Sreytal dedicatedly provides legal advice on real estate business licensing, real estate due diligence, land holding structure, telecommunication related matters and testament. She is also skilled at drafting agreements and testament including but not limited to sale-purchase agreement, lease agreement, escrow agreement, hypothec and loan agreement, marriage agreement and authenticated will, etc.

With her non-aggressive nature, she was known as a soft dealer. Ms. TEX Sreytal always takes extra effort to take care of her clients. She is fluent in Khmer and English.
