About Attorney Sun Leangheng

Attorney SUN Leangheng is the founder and president of the Core Law office.

He has experienced for more than 08 years in compulsory performance, the attachment, tender and auction of both movable and immovable property in Phnom Penh and other provinces such as a complicated case that is worth over 30 million United States dollars in the middle of Phnom Penh, and an agricultural land of thousand hectares in Kandal, Kompong Speu, and Preah Sihanouk provinces.

He also has years of experiences in preservative relief which proceeds in judicial system for any kinds of property including the prohibition of management on movable and immovable property, stocks and freezing the bank account.

Apart from the above work, he is expertise in leading negotiation and alternative dispute resolution for many cases including a dispute of electricity services that is worth approximately 01 million United States dollars, cases relating to divorce and division of spousal property, and implementing other contracts.

Currently, Attorney SUN Leangheng is honorably promoted by the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia to lead the Department of Research, Publication and Promotion, acting as a director. He has organized a lot of social work as being a professor at the universities in Cambodia and as being a director of the Association of Research and Promotion Khmer Law for a decade.

Mr. SUN Leangheng obtained a certificate of lawyer profession from the Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia and a certificate of bailiff, 1st generation, from Royal Academy for Judicial Professions.

He graduated Master Degree of Law from Royal University of Law and Economics.
