About Mr. MEAS Boremey

Mr. MEAS Boremey has experienced for almost 02 years in researching and  advising on commercial contracts and regulations and requirement of business licensing in the area of electricity sector such as generation, transmission, and/or supply the electricity from solar power, tourism sector, agriculture sector, and other sectors with national and international clients.

He has assisted in drafting, reviewing, and revising the commercial contracts such as service agreements, distribution agreements, franchise agreements, and sale-purchase agreements of the movable properties.

Apart from the above work, Mr. MEAS Boremey has prepared the application for approval, license, registration, and Cambodian standard applicable to the business activities, services, and/or products related to tourism, agriculture and other sectors for one of the big supermarkets that supplies retail and wholesale goods in Cambodia that is located in a province next to Cambodia-Thailand borders and big companies located in Phnom Penh.

Mr. MEAS Boremey graduated Master Degree in Law from Regent University in United States of America (through online system) and Juris Doctor from Handong International Law School in the Republic of Korea.
