Ms. KIM Yanan has experienced for more than 04 years in practicing cased related civil laws, commercial sector, and real estate with national and international clients. She has cooperated with an attorney and notary in her practice such as (1) commercial sector: providing advice and preparing for company registration, taxation, and applying for business license as well as preparing huge financing projects; (2) real estate sector: purchase-sale of land and co-ownership building with high value, due diligence; and (3) family sector: she has engaged in drafting the significant documents such as succession (inheritance), assisting notary for drafting and releasing inheritance with notarial instruments, assisting to organize letter of will, contract on division of spousal property, and organizing paperwork for registration at Ministry of Justice.
Apart from the above work, she has translated legal instruments and contracts from Khmer to English language and vice versa. She is specializing in negotiation and solving problem through alternative dispute resolution for many cases, including but not limited to the divorce cases and division of spousal property, and implementing other contracts.
Currently, Ms. KIM Yanan is a deputy of Notary Profession Management Office at Notary Department of Ministry of Justice. She is responsible for organizing, researching legal instruments relating to notary profession both local and international, and contacting with other notary offices as necessary.
She received the certificate of notary profession, 2nd generation, from Royal Academy for Judicial Professions, and graduated Master Degree of Law from Royal University of Law and Economics.
